How to register?
Fill in the registration form or call us at 204-943-4044 to register for this service.
When is my pickup day?
We will let you know your pickup and delivery day upon registration.
What is my delivery day?
One week after your pickup date - if your pickup day is Tuesday – your delivery date will be the following Tuesday. If there are any changes to the scheduled delivery date we will let you know in advance.
What if I need my items before the week?
You can always make arrangements to pick up your items at one of our locations. Just give us a call and let us know.
How do I pay?
All pickup/delivery transactions will be CASHLESS. Customers will be required to submit credit card information upon telephone confirmation of registration. Orders will be charged on the morning of delivery.
What do I need to do?
Put all your dry cleaning or laundry items in a bag and then fill in the Pickup Request form on our website or you can call us at 204-943-4044 to arrange a pickup. Be sure to let us know the number of items and any special pickup location or instructions when requesting this service. Please ensure all items are left in your location by 8:00 a.m. on your designated pickup day. You will receive a notification by email or text confirming the items have been picked up.
What happens on my delivery day?
When we are delivering your fresh laundry, if you are not at home, consideration should be given to where we may be able to safely hang these items. You can add that information to your registration form or in the special instructions section in the Pickup Request form.
When your items are dropped off we will let you know via email or text.
